1. Scope of Offerings

TaxVerto provides specialized advice to entrepreneurs on cross-border compliance and related topics. Offerings include personalized sessions, digital materials, and physical guides.

2. Personalized Sessions

Clients may schedule one-on-one sessions or group workshops. Scheduling is subject to availability and completion of all required forms.

3. Digital Materials

Access to downloadable guides, templates, and recorded presentations is granted upon full settlement of the fee. Digital files are for personal or internal corporate reference only and may not be redistributed.

4. Physical Guides and Resources

Printed books, workbooks, and other tangible resources are shipped to the address provided by the client. Shipping times vary by destination.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due at the time of order or scheduling. Accepted methods include credit card and debit. By completing a transaction, you agree to settle the full amount for the chosen offering.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Personalized Sessions

Clients may request a refund if cancellation is submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the original date. If notice is provided later, the session fee is non-refundable due to the reservation of consultant time.

6.2 Digital Materials

Due to immediate access, digital materials are non-refundable. If technical issues prevent access, contact our team through the support form and we will provide a replacement access link or file at no additional cost.

6.3 Physical Guides and Resources

Clients may ship back unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Customers bear shipping expenses unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund of the item fee will be processed within 10 business days. To initiate this process, please use the support form.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaxVerto will not be liable for indirect harm arising from use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at taxverto.com and will apply to all new orders.
